Bryn is a Toronto-based artist, songwriter, and producer crafting emotionally immersive alt-pop rooted in healing, vulnerability, and self-inquiry. Known for her poetic lyricism and cinematic production style, she moves fluidly between ache and empowerment, creating songs that feel intimate yet expansive.

Her upcoming multi-EP series, Songs from the Medicine Cabinet, marks a defining chapter in her artistry. Conceived at the intersection of wellness and sound, the project is grounded in the belief that music can function as medicine, offering listeners a toolkit of songs to reach for in moments of heartbreak, growth, and reckoning. Songs from the Medicine Cabinet Vol. 1, arriving April 2026, is preceded by the singles “December,” “Always Around,” and “Nashville.” The first installment explores the spectrum of love: love that stays, love that slips away, and the residue it leaves behind.

Committed to imbuing every stage of creation with her own energy and perspective, Bryn produces and engineers her music, shaping textured sonic landscapes that hold space for emotional honesty. Beyond her solo catalog, she has contributed to several defining projects. She co-wrote “Tongue” for Rêve, featured on the JUNO Award–winning Pop Album of the Year in 2024, collaborated with Nelly Furtado on “Take Me Down” from her comeback album 7, nominated for Pop Album of the Year in 2026, and has had her work placed across television, film, and documentary including My Little Pony, SurrealEstate, Last Exmas, and One Week Til Doomsday.

As co-founder of the female-led songwriting and production company Good Grief, Bryn develops collaborative records, live singer-songwriter showcases, and writing and wellness retreats designed to foster creative community and emotional expression.

With Songs from the Medicine Cabinet, Bryn steps fully into her role as both artist and curator of experience, building sonic spaces where art and wellness intersect and inviting listeners to feel deeply, reflect honestly, and leave lighter than they arrived.
